Matt Henderson founded Litzia in 2005. His love of technology began at age 10 with his first computers and continued with a BS in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University. Matt has worked as a Microsoft Certified consultant to businesses for over 20 years. Litzia feeds Matt’s passion for technology by combining it with a desire to help people. Matt continually trains in his field and his most recent achievement is that of Apple Certified Mobility Consultant. Matt sits as Litzia’s representative member in HTG-10, one of 25 HTG Peer Groups (IT providers dedicated to being industry best-of-breed service providers) world-wide.

James Burdette provides Litzia’s clients technical support services, network engineering, network security, and other key technology insights needed to efficiently operate. A long-time resident of western Washington, his background includes over 19 years of customer service and team management experience. James earned his A.A.S. in Computer Network Technology, and holds deep industry certifications including Microsoft’s MCITP – Server Admin, MCTS, MCP, CompTIA Security+, Network+ & A+. James thrives on challenge and the application of new technologies, and is currently working to earn various security & virtualization certifications.

Michele Henderson formally joined Litzia in 2007. She brings over eleven years of work experience in the technology industry. Her background in technical writing, business communications and customer service perfectly complements the skill sets of technical staff. Michele is a Microsoft Certified Professional for License Delivery and she utilizes strong needs analysis and project management skills to clarify and deliver technology solutions and network support to customers. When you get a quote for network services, software or hardware, be assured it has passed though Michele’s deft hands and attained her stamp of approval.

Erin Hopper joined the team in the fall of 2012 as our marketing specialist. She brings 2+ years of various professional work experience specializing in social media and customer outreach. Erin’s hopes are to bring Litzia’s name and services into the community to give every business the opportunity to have professional and predictable IT services and consulting. She also provides support to the Litzia team via administrative/bookkeeping work, product research and vendor management. Erin is studying Communication and Business Administration at Western Washington University and has been in the Bellingham area for 10 years.
